How to complain about a charity

If your complaint is about an organisation’s fundraising you will find detailed guidance in our Fundraising factsheets section.

With any complaint it is best to contact the charity first to raise your concerns. If you are not satisfied with the response you receive you can take the issue further with the appropriate regulatory body.

If you suspect a charity of fraud you should contact the regulator in England, Wales, Scotland, or Northern Ireland.
