How do I make a complaint?

If you are unhappy with the content of a charity fundraising TV ad. you have seen or a radio ad. you have heard, first contact the charity concerned to express your view.

If you don’t receive a satisfactory response you may also raise the issue with the ASA. If your complaint is about the content of a television or radio programme you should contact Ofcom on 0845 456 3000 or online at www.ofcom.org.uk
